וצריכא דאי אשמעינן אביון משום דלא כסיף למתבעיה אבל עשיר דכסיף למתבעיה אימא לא ואי אשמעינן עשיר משום דלא צריך ליה אבל אביון דצריך ליה אימא לא צריכא
